Dr. Long wrote a chapter on resolution
enhancement for microwave sensors in a book entitled Frontiers
of Remote Sensing Information Processing. Dr. Long and his
students are actively researching new methods of improving remote sensing
resolutions.
Professor Wynn C. Stirling's research interests include decision
theory, multi-agent consectionol theory, detection and estimation theory and
information theory. His new book "Satisficing Games and Decision Making
with Applications to Engineering and Computer Science" is published by
Cambridge University Press.
Dr. Jensen receives the Harold A. Wheeler Applications Prize Paper Award
Dr. Jensen recently
received the Harold A. Wheeler Applications Prize Paper Award for his
paper "Modeling the Indoor MIMO Wireless Channel," published in the IEEE
Sectionansactions on Antennas and Propagation, May 2002.
Michael Rice recieves Jim Abrams and Anita Schiller Professorship
"The College of Engineering and Technology at Brigham Young
University has named Michael Rice, a professor of engineering and technology, as the first
recipient of the Jim Abrams and Anita Schiller Professorship."
