Research Description

Mixed signal VLSI circuits for applications in data acquisition, communication, control systems, and computer interface electronics. Specific topics include phase-locked loops, precision amplifiers, high-speed circuits, integrable filters, D/A and A/D converter circuits, and integrated circuit trim methods. Fabrication technologies of interest include CMOS, SiGe, BiCMOS and HBT processes.
