Lab Introduction
The Brigham Young University Biomedical Engineering lab was established in 2002. Under the direction of Dr. Travis Oliphant the lab works on data processing and acquisition techniques with applications to biology and medicine. Current projects include Scanning Impedance Imaging (SII), inhomogeneous MRI imaging, and error in elastography reconstruction. The purpose of the lab is to develop students while researching state-of-the art techniques in imaging and measurement with biological and clinical applications. The lab relies on benefactors for its support and employs electrical and computer engineering graduate and undergraduate students with an interest in biomedical engineering. more |
